The Sultan Azlan Shah Gallery is a gallery located in Kuala Kangsar, Perak. The building was originally built in 1898 and completed in 1903 with the idea from the Sultan Azlan Shah himself. The construction of the gallery was from November 2001 to April 2003.

The Sultan Azlan Shah Gallery was formerly known as Istana Kota or Istana Ulu. Its structure is a fusion of the Renaissance, neoclassical and Moorish architecture. Its marbled hallways now host exhibitions honouring the life of Sultan Azlan Shah.
