• Tournament Structure: Swiss Draw, Best of 1
• Time Limit: 35 Minutes

🕒【TIMEOUT RULE】🕒
When the timeout signal is called, the current player may finish their turn. All actions must stop after the turn ends and await resolution.

【RESOLUTION】
• The player with the higher Level loses the game.
• If both players have the same Level, the player with more Clocks loses.
• If both Level and Clock are the same, the match continues until a winner is decided.

※ This rule does not apply to the Final Swiss Round if both players are on a full win table.
