This time, we’ve specially arranged for a Therapeutic Alignment Yoga (𝓨𝓞𝓖𝓐 𝓑𝓡𝓘𝓒𝓚) with wood fired pizza experience at Hillside Organics ! Practicing correct yoga posture in nature will help you relax, release stress immediately, and through the practice, you will learn the self-alignment yoga therapy session. After enjoying yoga, you’ll have the opportunity to fully hands-on experience mindfulness of using a wood-fired oven to bake pizza. It’s a double delight for the body and mind, allowing you to experience the beautiful moments of being close to nature.
