Women in Rail Malaysia is organising its inaugural conference focusing on leadership because human capital development is a critical enabler for driving and sustaining Malaysia’s economic growth. Blending together updates on the current state of the global rail industry as well as focusing on the need to step up efforts to educate the young in the STEM space, this Inaugural Women in Rail Malaysia Leadership Conference 2019 will bringtogether global leaders from multiple sectors: rail, banking and finance, entrepreneurship, technology as well as public policy. Exposing the young, providing a platform for cultivating business networks and an opportunity to learn about international best practices are just some of the initiatives Women in Rail Malaysia is undertaking to ensure the Malaysian rail space continues to thrive as a more competitive, inclusive and diverse one.
