1. Limited to 60 participants.
2. Closing date for registration : 31 Jan 2025 or when application is full. (First Come, First Served)    

Notes:
1. The workbook will be provided free upon approval of registration before the workshop. Please collect the workbook from the admin office of BHS.

2. All participants are required to thoroughly study this workbook and attempt to answer the questions in the discussion topics (better still if they can form their own local discussion groups to do so) PRIOR to the workshop.

3. You are required to attend all sessions. 5. Please only sign up if you are sure to attend the workshop. If you wish to drop out of the workshop with a valid reason, please inform the PIC at least 4 weeks before the workshop so that other interested participants who were unable to register due to lack of space may have a chance to participate. IMPORTANT: If your application is approved, you will be invited to join the WhatsApp group. The purpose of the WhatsApp group is to facilitate communication and dissemination of information by the organizer of the BHS workshop.
