Workout with Certified Fitness Trainer Coach Shawni Ng.

Duration: 60 min (total body strength workout including warm up and cool down)

Equipment:

  1. Exercise/Yoga Mat

  2. Workout Sport Shoe

  3. Dumbbells or Two 500 ml water bottles (optional)

This workout is suitable for all range group including beginner and intermediate level.

FEE:

  • RM 30 (normal price)

**R M 3 off per class if book at least two days in advance before event date. Fee includes a Healthy Protein-Fruit Smoothie.
