Setanggi Tari Melayu 2025 – Quintessential Malay Dance
"Setanggi" means incense, and suggests the essence of Malay Dance that is grounded and that can be ethereal and mystical at the same time. Unfortunately, over time, much has been lost and forgotten through reduced practice and urbanization.
This production aims to capture the spirit of Malay Dance in its richest form and reclaim its place as some of the finest arts in the world.

• No food or drinks are allowed inside the theatre.

• Latecomers will not be admitted. Please arrive at PJPAC at least 30 minutes before showtime to ensure a smooth entry.

• This show is suitable for audiences aged 6 and above. Children below the age of 6 are not permitted to enter the venue.

• Each ticket admits one person. Lap-seating is not allowed to ensure all audience members have the best viewing experience.

• Please switch your mobile phones and other electronic devices to silent mode to avoid disruptions during the performance.

• Please download your E-Ticket with a clear QR code to your mobile phone or print it out before arriving at the venue to prevent any issues with mobile data or Wi-Fi connectivity.

• Videography and photography are strictly prohibited during the event.
