The session begins with a gentle Restorative Yoga practice, lovingly crafted to release tension, enhance flexibility, and envelop you in a deep sense of calm. Each pose is held for an extended period, inviting you to surrender fully and reconnect with your breath and body.

As you settle into a state of physical ease, the session gently transitions into guided hypnosis, accompanied by soothing sounds to nourish your mind, body and soul.

You'll drift into a dreamlike state with the sounds of crystal bowls, and guided hypnosis queues, leaving you with a deep sense of peace, rejuvenation and balance. 

This session is suitable for anyone seeking deep relaxation and tranquility. For optimal benefits, it is highly recommended that participants avoid any stimulants, such as coffee, for at least 18 hours prior to the session.
