Ocean Breathwork is a wave-like breathing method inspired by the sea, blending freediving techniques with emotional release. It supports nervous system regulation, inner calm, and stress relief — ideal for women managing high responsibility or burnout.

Presented by Women’s Circle of Malaysia, this immersive session combines freediving-inspired breath techniques with body-based healing and oceanic sound elements to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner calm.

Guided by NLP and SSI Mermaid Instructor Adelina Chan, this session is especially powerful for women navigating burnout, high-functioning stress, or emotional heaviness.

What to Expect:
