  • This topic focuses on protecting employees from associated risks of working with computer and laptop

  • Lots of case studies and discussion

  • Participants will be recognised by Pipit Contultant as Trained DSE Assessor

Session 02 - Task Analysis Methods

  • 16 December 2024

  • Practical guides on engineering and design

  • This topic focuses on technique learning to represent human performance in a particular task or scenario under analysis (Anything that user interact with)

  • There are more than 5 techniques available but this session only cover a single technique - Hierarchical Task Analysis

  • This technique is versatile and can be done for many industries including high hazard areas as well as product design development

  • Lots of case studies and discussion

Session 03 - Cognitive Task Analysis Methods

  • 17 December 2024

  • Practical guides on engineering and design

  • This topic focuses on technique learning to describe and represent the unobservable cognitive aspects of task performance.
