This introductory workshop will walk you through the basics of how to use a canting, a traditional pen like tool used to design batik tulis (hand-written batik) & apply dye to batik cloth. You will explore the intricate techniques of waxing & dyeing to create your own beautiful batik patterns.

By the end, you will take home tour own unique creation, a testament to your newly acquired skills and the rich cultural heritage of this timeless art form.
