ENTRY QUALIFICATION (100KM, 50KM, 30KM, 15KM)

This race is open to male or female of Malaysians/International runner age 18 years old or older, as of race day. Participants must complete the race on foot under their own strength. Participants are required to be semi self-sufficient. You must have your mandatory equipment with you at all times during the race.

The organizer is not liable for any medical issues due to participants hiding their true medical conditions. Participants having the following medical conditions ARE NOT ALLOWED to participate in this trail event:

• Congenital or rheumatic heart conditions

• Hypertension

• Myocarditis and other heart conditions

• Coronary heart disease

ENTRY QUALIFICATION (7.5KM)

This race is open to Malaysian and international runners, both male and female, aged at least 9 years old as of race day.

The organizer is not liable for any medical issues due to participants hiding their true medical conditions. Participants having the following medical conditions ARE NOT ALLOWED to participate in this trail event:

• Congenital or rheumatic heart conditions

• Hypertension

• Myocarditis and other heart conditions

• Coronary heart disease
