Hot Hatha is a non-fixed sequence class focuses on connecting the body and mind. Develop balance, strength, flexibility, and breath control in foundational yoga postures with breathing techniques in the controlled heated environment, while more experienced students refine the fundamentals of alignment and drive into a deeper practice of the mind, body and soul. Suitable for beginners and all level. Teaching styles and theme can vary.
