Hot 26 (60 mins) is an express version of the original hot yoga class. It is a fixed hot yoga sequence comprises of 2 breathing exercises and 26 postures which comprise of both standing and seating poses. It is practiced in a room heated at 40 degree Celsius and 40% humidity.
