Meditation class
WEDNESDAYS 7:15 – 8PM
Using meditation to develop our inner good qualities, such as love, compassion and peace.
The teaching will be given in English, with Chinese translation if needed.
Just drop in, no need to book. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. The classes include two short guided meditations and a teaching.
Facility fee: RM5 per class
