Join us on Thursday for the Gimhāna Meditation & Dhamma talk at Nalanda Education and Outreach Centre, in Happy Garden. The session is conducted in Mandarin and features a Dhamma talk after the sitting. Meditation guidance will be provided to beginners. All are welcome!
