Course Introduction
In this 2-days workshop, learners will be equipped with skills, knowledge and attributes to develop their resilience and mental toughness to increase their adversity intelligence. An employee with higher adversity intelligence can manage his or her own impulses better, communicate with others more effectively, manage change well, solve problems quickly and use positive behaviours to build rapport in tense situations. These people also have empathy, remain optimistic even in the face of adversity, and are effective at educating and persuading their teams in their workplace.
Learners will learn techniques and strategies that are essential for transforming them into adversity intelligent leaders.
The programme will focus on increasing staff’s self-awareness, adversity intelligence and develop strategies to build resiliencies in self and others; to overcome conflicts, uncertainties, and stressful situation. Participants shall be provided with insights to how the heart and mind influences self and others and practical stress management techniques.
This is a highly engaging and intensive AQ experiential learning and dynamic workshop is packed with learning activities, practical exercises, laughter, fun and experience sharing.
