Conflict Resolution in the Workplace

Conflicts between groups or individuals can be a real problem in the workplace. Conflicts can lead to decreased productivity, increased health insurance costs, and a generally unhappy workforce. In order to prevent these issues from affecting your business, it's important that you create an environment where conflict is managed and diffused.

When managing or diffusing conflicts between groups or individuals, it is important to remember that the goal is not to win the argument. Rather, it is to come to a conflict resolution that works for everyone involved.
