Terms & Conditions for Event Attendance

• No food or drinks are allowed inside the theatre.

• Latecomers will only be admitted at designated times. Please arrive at PJPAC at least 30 minutes before showtime to ensure a smooth entry.

• This show is suitable for audiences of all ages. Recommended for ages 3 and above due to sound levels and duration.

• Each ticket admits one person. Lap-seating is not allowed to ensure all audience members have the best viewing experience.

• Please switch your mobile phones and other electronic devices to silent mode to avoid disruptions during the performance.

• Please download your E-Ticket with a clear QR code to your mobile phone or print it out before arriving at the venue to prevent any issues with mobile data or Wi-Fi connectivity.

• Videography and photography are strictly prohibited during the event.

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be upgraded or canceled once sold.

• Wheelchair-bound patrons are required to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the show by sending a WhatsApp message to 019-2210635 to make the necessary arrangements.
