The Malaysian Sales & Service Tax (SST) has undergone significant changes effective 1 July 2025, including expanded service tax coverage, reclassification of taxable goods, and tighter enforcement on exemptions. Manufacturers are among the most impacted, managing raw materials, subcontracting, imports / exports, machinery investment, and sometimes taxable services.
This 1-day course provides a refresher on Sales Tax 2018 fundamentals plus the latest 2025 updates, ensuring participants can stay compliant, minimise risks, and maximise available exemptions.
