Terms & Conditions for Event Attendance

• No food or drinks are allowed inside the theatre.

• Latecomers will not be admitted. Please arrive at PJPAC at least 30 minutes before showtime to ensure a smooth entry.

• This show is suitable for audiences aged 3 and above. Children below the age of 2 are not permitted to enter the venue.

• Each ticket admits one person. Lap-seating is not allowed to ensure all audience members have the best viewing experience.

• Please switch your mobile phones and other electronic devices to silent mode to avoid disruptions during the performance.

• Please download your E-Ticket with a clear QR code to your mobile phone or print it out before arriving at the venue to prevent any issues with mobile data or Wi-Fi connectivity.

• Personal mobile recording is permitted to capture this special moment, but please refrain from using flash or live streaming. If any recording disrupts other audience members or interferes with our professional photo and video team, our staff may kindly request you to stop recording.

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be upgraded or canceled once sold.

• Wheelchair-bound patrons are required to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the show by sending a WhatsApp message to 019-2210635 to make the necessary arrangements.

• The Organiser/Venue Owner reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission or evict any person whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or poses a security risk, or who affects the enjoyment of the event for others.
