第24届禅净共修 | 24th Chanting And Meditation Retreat

由马佛青和太平佛教会联办，第24届禅净共修将于2024年12月21日(星期六)至2024年12月28日(星期六)在太平佛教会举行。主七法师是继程法师。每日约十个小时的共修时间包括受持八关斋戒、拜佛、止静、开示以及受持三皈五戒等内容。大家也可以和家人或好友一起来体验内在的平静与放松大家的身心。热诚地欢迎大家踊跃报名第24届禅净共修，并且下载填写报名表格报名参加。

The 24th Chanting and Meditation Retreat jointly organised by YBAM and Taiping Buddhist Society. It will be held from 21 December 2024 (Saturday) until 28 December 2024 (Saturday) at Taiping Buddhist Society. The retreat will be led by Chi Chern Fashi, and consists of ten hours practice together daily and practice the Eight Precepts, chanting the Buddha's name, bowing to the Buddha, meditation, chanting Sutras, etc. Besides that, this retreat includes Guidance and Teaching of Chanting and Meditation, Three Refuges and Five Precepts Ceremony. Participants are also encouraged to experience inner peace and relaxation with their family or friends.
